Nicole Allen

Nicole Allen is an experienced Speech Language Pathologist currently serving on the Assessment Team at Central Indiana First Steps since April 2022 and as the Lead Speech Language Pathologist at Mini Minds since May 2023. In previous roles, Nicole has contributed to various organizations, including Mt. Vernon Community School Corporation and IEP Therapy, specializing in early childhood assessments and providing treatment for speech, language, fluency, and feeding disorders. Nicole's earlier experience includes working at Hopebridge, First Steps, Columbus Regional Hospital, and Harpeth High School, where a background in special education was developed. Educational qualifications include a Master's Degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders from Western Kentucky University and a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from Indiana University Indianapolis.
