Joe McMinamen

Joe McMinamen is an experienced IT professional currently serving as an IT Analyst at Central Iowa Power Cooperative since November 2022 and as an Information Technology Specialist 4 at Newton Correctional Facility since July 2019. Previously, Joe held the position of Technology Director at West Harrison High School, managing a K-12 learning environment with diverse technology.
