Kara Putnam Mpa

Kara Putnam, MPA, is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in the fire service and cytotechnology. Since September 2008, Kara has served as the Assistant Chief at Central Kitsap Fire & Rescue, demonstrating leadership and management skills in emergency services. Prior to this role, Kara worked as a Cytotechnologist at Labcorp from September 2000 to August 2008 and at Pathology Associates Medical from September 1997 to August 2000. Academically, Kara holds a Master of Public Administration degree from Columbia Southern University, completed in April 2023, and a Bachelor of Applied Science degree in Liberal Arts and Sciences from the University of Nebraska at Kearney, earned in September 1996.
