Sharon Cleveland

Sharon joins Spectrum’s Senior Management Team bringing more than 12 years of non-profit healthcare leadership and executive-level HR experience. Over the years, Sharon has served in various senior leadership roles as the Director of HR and Compliance. She has created and led various leadership programs, agency strategic plans, organizational restructuring projects, and organizational change initiatives.

Sharon received her BS degree from the University of New Hampshire in Health Care Administration with a minor in HR. She is currently set to complete her MBA in Finance with minor in Leadership, at the end of the winter 2019-2020 semester. Sharon is SHRM-SCP certified in HR; an alumna of Harvard University’s Executive Leadership Program, BiState Primary Care Association’s Leadership Development Program, and White Mountain Community College’s Leadership Program; and has received National Association of Community Health Center certification in Compliance.
