Debbie Brill is a seasoned professional in utility joint use and broadband expansion, currently serving as the Manager of Joint Use at Central Maine Power Company since November 2023. Previously, Debbie held various leadership roles in OSP licensing at GoNetspeed and FirstLight Fiber, where responsibilities included managing teams, overseeing utility coordination, and ensuring compliance with licensing processes. With extensive experience that began in 1996 at Central Maine Power Company, Debbie has developed a strong foundation in project management, team training, and operational efficiency, complemented by a robust educational background in Accounting and Management Information Systems.
