Michael Burrows

Michael Burrows is a skilled security professional with extensive experience in physical security management and compliance. Currently serving as Program Manager for Physical Security at Central Maine Power Company since December 2022, Michael previously held the position of Lead Security Analyst at AVANGRID, Inc., where responsibilities included overseeing NERC compliance and supervising contract security personnel. With a strong foundation in operational leadership from roles such as Branch Manager at Securitas Security Services USA and Account Security Manager at AlliedBarton Security Services, Michael has developed and implemented various security protocols, led large teams, and utilized data analysis for continuous improvement. As a Private Investigator earlier in their career, Michael gained valuable expertise in investigative practices and legal testimony. Michael holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from the University of Southern Maine and an Associate of Arts in Liberal Studies from Southern Maine Community College.
