Paul Fecteau

Paul Fecteau, PMP, has extensive experience in project management, real estate, and military service. Currently serving as a Project Manager at Central Maine Power Company since 2004, Paul manages a team responsible for high voltage transmission lines and has successfully overseen several renewable energy projects, including Maine's largest wind farm, the Bingham Wind Farm. Prior to this role, Paul worked as a Real Estate Services Analyst, acquiring property rights for utility projects, and as a Broker at Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage, where 144 real estate transactions were conducted. Paul served in the United States Air Force from 1978 to 2000, achieving the rank of Major and serving as the Director of Personnel at Eglin AFB. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Human Resource Development from Webster University and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Arizona State University.
