Eric Pionk

Eric Pionk has extensive experience in ticket operations and sales within the sports industry. Currently serving as the Director of Ticket Operations at Central Michigan University since December 2021, Eric previously held the position of Ticket Operations Manager for the Lansing Lugnuts from March 2021 to December 2021. Between 2014 and 2020, Eric progressed through various roles at the Lansing Lugnuts, including Senior Manager of Sales and Ticket Services, Group Sales Manager, and Group Sales Representative. Eric's career began with the Southern Illinois Miners Baseball Team, where as an Account Executive (2012-2014), pivotal sales and account management skills were developed. Additional experience includes a Sales Associate role at Dunham's Sports and coaching at Ubly Community Schools. Eric's early career also features internships focused on stadium operations and marketing at the Southern Illinois Miners Baseball Team and Central Michigan University Athletics, respectively. Eric holds a Bachelor of Applied Arts in Sports Management from Central Michigan University, earned in 2010.
