Yao Wang

Yao (Katy) Wang, MBA, currently serves as the Grad Recruitment Coordinator at Central Michigan University, focusing on graduate enrollment management and strategic recruitment initiatives. Previously, Yao held the position of Assistant Director of International Recruitment and Marketing at Davis College, where responsibilities included optimizing international enrollment logistics and developing outreach activities. Yao has also contributed to Clark University's Graduate Admissions Office as a Graduate Assistant, concentrating on recruitment efforts in the China market. Earlier work experience includes senior account management roles at Bank of China Group Insurance Company Limited and Yongan Property Insurance Co., Ltd, as well as underwriting at the State Grid Corporation of China. Yao holds an MBA from Clark University and a Bachelor's degree in Economics from Jishou University.
