Rick Berry has extensive experience in engineering and production within the manufacturing sector, particularly in the automotive industry. Currently serving as a Production Engineer at Central Motor Wheel of America since July 2000, Rick Berry specializes in machining engineering, with expertise in robotics, vision systems, process automation, CNC programming, and Continuous Improvement initiatives utilizing TPS systems. Prior to this role, Rick Berry worked as a Finishing Manager at American Racing from July 1998 to January 2000, overseeing the Machining and Paint Departments for an OEM wheel manufacturing company. Rick Berry's career began at Topy America, Inc. as a Production Engineer, focused on the machining of aluminum wheels from August 1988 to June 1998.
