Howard Herman

Howard Herman serves Central National Gottesman as Senior Vice President and General Counsel. He brings more than 35 years of experience practicing law, with an emphasis on corporate law, M&A, and general commercial and transactional matters.

Howard has represented CNG for more than 30 years, both as General Counsel and previously as a partner at Moses and Singer LLP. In those capacities, he has been involved in the wide range of CNG’s businesses, both in the US and abroad, and has helped structure and negotiate many of its transactions.
