Cathy Cleary

Chief Clinical Officer at Central Ohio Primary Care

Cathy joined COPC in 2010 as a Transition of Care Nurse with COPC’s Hospitalist team. For the next few years, she helped to develop the Transition of Care, Emergency Department Care Coordination, and Inpatient Support Center programs. In 2018 Cathy moved to the CBO as the first Director of Nursing and in 2022 was named Chief Nursing Officer. In this role, Cathy will bring her patient-centered leadership experience to many COPC clinical programs, site clinical operations, nursing practice, and patient care services.

Prior to joining COPC Cathy worked in the hospital for over 15 years as a critical care nurse and then transitioned into Hospice nursing.
