Erin Nieset

Erin Nieset has a diverse work experience in the healthcare industry. Erin is currently working as the Director of Value Based Care Performance at Central Ohio Primary Care since 2023. Prior to that, they held various leadership positions at OhioHealth from 2009 to 2023, including Director of Transformation Acceleration, Director of Care Management and Population Health, Director of UM & Care Coordination, Manager of Utilization Management & Care Coordination, and Team Lead of UM & Care Coordination. Erin also worked as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker at Nationwide Children's Hospital from 2006 to 2009 and as a Medical Social Worker at OhioHealth from 2003 to 2005.

Erin Nieset holds a Master's degree in Social Work, which they obtained from The Ohio State University in 2004. Erin also has a Bachelor's degree in Social Work from the same university, which they completed in 2003. In 2019, Erin completed an Executive Education program for the Community Health Consortium at Harvard Business School. Erin is additionally certified as a Licensed Independent Social Worker by the Ohio Counselor, Social Worker, & Marriage and Family Therapist Board, which they obtained in October 2006.
