Jennifer Piela is a seasoned professional in wellness and fitness management, currently serving as the Wellness Programs Manager at Central Ohio Primary Care since August 2022. In this role, Jennifer develops comprehensive programs aimed at enhancing the mental health and well-being of physicians, fostering satisfaction and reducing burnout. Jennifer’s entrepreneurial spirit is evident through ownership of Dalai Mama Yoga since January 2013. Previously, Jennifer held key positions such as Worksite Wellness Coordinator at Alliance Data Systems and LifePower Yoga Trainer at Life Time Inc. Jennifer's extensive experience also includes roles at the YMCA of the USA and the YMCA of Central Ohio, focusing on health education, program development, and staff training. With a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology from Indiana University Bloomington, Jennifer's background enhances expertise in promoting wellness within various organizational settings.
