Jennifer Rako

Jennifer Rako has over 12 years of work experience in compliance and quality assurance roles in the healthcare industry. Jennifer is currently the Director of Compliance and Privacy at Central Ohio Primary Care. Previously, they worked as the Director of Compliance at US Medical Management from 2016 to 2021. Prior to that, Jennifer served as the Director of Quality Assurance and Compliance at Grace Hospice from 2010 to 2021, where they managed a team of 8 individuals and was responsible for gathering and analyzing data related to patient care. Jennifer also briefly served as an Administrator at Grace Hospice from 2009 to 2010, where they increased patient census and established strong relationships with healthcare professionals.

Jennifer Rako obtained their Bachelor of Health Service Administration from Ohio University between 1995 and 2000. In 2016, they obtained a CHC certification in Healthcare Compliance from the Compliance Certification Board.
