Joseph Homan

Joseph Homan, CPA is currently the Director of Accounting and Chief Accountant at Central Ohio Transit Authority (COTA). Previously, Joseph held positions such as Manager of Finance and Administration at the City of Dayton, Department of Aviation, Auditor at the City of Dayton, Department of Management and Budget, and Director of Finance at the City of Franklin, among others. Joseph has a Master of Business Administration degree in Business from the University of Phoenix and a Bachelors of Science degree in Accounting from Wright State University.
