Kimberly Sharp, AICP, currently serves as the Senior Director of Development at the Central Ohio Transit Authority (COTA) since November 2019. Previously, Kimberly worked as the Deputy Director of Planning and Development for the City of Westerville from December 2013 to November 2019, where responsibilities included long-range planning, current planning management, and strategic initiatives in capital planning. Kimberly's earlier roles include Comprehensive Planning Manager for the City of Flagstaff from July 2007 to November 2013, focusing on long-range planning and policy consensus building, and Redevelopment Manager for the City of Flagstaff from October 2005 to July 2007. Kimberly began a career in project design at Glave and Holmes Architects from 1999 to 2005. Educational qualifications include a Master of Urban and Regional Planning from Virginia Commonwealth University and a Bachelor of Science in Architecture from The Ohio State University.
