Marcia Woods-Johnson has extensive experience in the transportation and cosmetology industries. Currently serving as a Learning and Development Trainer at the Central Ohio Transit Authority (COTA) since October 1998, Marcia is passionate about the learning and teaching process. Previously, Marcia held the position of 1st Vice President and served as the union steward executive board member secretary treasure for COTA's Local 208 until August 2021. Early in their career, Marcia was a Master Stylist with the Cosmetologists and Barbers of Iowa from August 1987 to August 1998. Marcia earned a Bachelor's degree in Social Sciences from Morris Brown, completing studies from 1982 to 1986.
