Raymond Weaver

Raymond Weaver is currently the Director of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion at Central Ohio Transit Authority (COTA), where Raymond leads all DEI work impacting the organization's culture, talent, and education pillars. Prior to this role, Raymond served as a Senior Diversity Analyst at CoverMyMeds, establishing DEI strategy and managing initiatives across the organization. With experience as an Account Coordinator at CoverMyMeds and a Team Lead at FedEx, Raymond has a background in client interaction and project management. Raymond holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from The Ohio State University.
