Theodore Klecker

Theodore Klecker is a Senior Legal Counsel at the Central Ohio Transit Authority (COTA) with a background in legal counsel roles at Opportunities for Ohioans with Disabilities, the Ohio Attorney General's Office, and the Franklin County Public Defender. Theodore has a Bachelor of Arts in Communication and Media Studies from The Ohio State University and is currently pursuing a Graduate Certificate in Public and Nonprofit Leadership from the John Glenn College of Public Affairs.
