Melissa Holter MLT(ASCP) has extensive experience in laboratory management and generalist roles, currently serving as Laboratory Manager and Supervisor at Central Ohio Urology Group since September 2014, where responsibilities include supervising staff and bench work across various departments, including Chemistry, Cytology, and Pathology. Prior to this role, Melissa worked at Fairfield Medical Center from January 1989 to September 2014 as a Laboratory Generalist, gaining expertise in multiple lab departments such as Microbiology and Blood Bank, and contributing as an "LIS Super User" to the development of a new laboratory information system in Atlanta. Melissa holds an Associate of Science degree in Medical Laboratory Technology from the University of Rio Grande and Rio Grande Community College.
