Keri Podell

Keri Podell is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in workforce training and program management. Currently serving as a Senior Program Manager at COCC's Center for Business, Industry, and Professional Development since September 2022, Keri leads the creation and implementation of noncredit workforce training programs aligned with local and state economic needs while collaborating with industry partners to address skills gaps. Prior roles include Program Manager responsible for a portfolio of training programs and Academic Advisor at Central Oregon Community College, where Keri guided students in educational planning. Additionally, Keri served as Director of Emergency Services at NEIGHBORIMPACT, overseeing emergency service programs across multiple counties. Keri holds a Master of Arts in Communication and Leadership Studies from Gonzaga University and a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from Linfield University.
