Tara Doland

Tara Doland, APRN, FNP-BC, is an experienced Nurse Practitioner currently providing care at Central Outreach Wellness Center and Equitas Health since 2014, specializing in high-quality, compassionate care for underserved populations, particularly those living with HIV/AIDS and the LGBTQ+ community. At Equitas Health, Tara manages HIV infection and provides PrEP/nPEP services, emphasizing patient-centered care and cultural humility. With a strong background in health promotion, disease prevention, and chronic disease management, Tara conducts comprehensive health assessments and collaborates with a multidisciplinary team to create individualized treatment plans. Tara holds a Master of Science in Family Nurse Practitioner and a Bachelor of Science in Allied Health Professions from The Ohio State University.
