Dusan Vrugic

Dusan Vrugic has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Dusan is currently working as a Salesforce Solutions Architect II at Central Pacific Bank. Prior to this, they worked at Nakupuna Companies as a Salesforce Technical Architect, where they focused on data management and documentation of solutions. Dusan also worked with Developers on integrating WordPress and Salesforce applications.

Before Nakupuna Companies, Dusan was a Sr. Salesforce Architect at The Howard Hughes Corporation, where they were involved in the recruitment and hiring process for new team members. Dusan also made recommendations to improve processes and productivity using Salesforce, and planned and designed new systems. Dusan also held the role of Sr. Salesforce Administrator at the same company, where they developed reports and dashboards, created custom objects, and implemented Lightning Components.

Prior to their time at The Howard Hughes Corporation, Dusan worked at ChiroTouch as a Jr. Salesforce Developer/Salesforce Admin. Here, they gained experience in Salesforce administration and customization, as well as data validation and support development. Dusan also worked in a support role at the company.

Earlier in their career, Dusan worked at Hawaii Pacific University as a Technical Analyst, where they provided technical and telephone support services to university users. Dusan also worked at Jat Airways as an Interline Billing Officer, where they price airlines documents and processed exceptions related to multilateral/special prorate agreements.

Overall, Dusan Vrugic has a strong background in Salesforce architecture, administration, and development, with experience in data management, documentation, and system planning and design. Dusan has also gained experience in technical support and analysis.

Dusan Vrugic began their education journey in 2001 at Megatrend University Belgrade, where they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering. Dusan successfully completed their studies in 2005.

Following this, Dusan decided to further expand their knowledge in the field of Information Technology. From 2009 to 2012, they attended Hawaii Pacific University, where they were working on a Masters Degree in Information Technology.

In addition to their formal education, Dusan has obtained several certifications to enhance their professional skills. In 2010, they achieved the Microsoft Certified Technology Specialist certification. The following year, in 2011, they obtained the Microsoft Certified IT Professional - Enterprise Desktop Support Technician 7 certification. In 2012, they gained the Microsoft Certified Solutions Associate certification.

Dusan's journey continued with their entrance into the Salesforce ecosystem. In 2015, they earned the Salesforce Certified Administrator (SCA) and Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder certifications. The following year, in 2018, they attained the Salesforce Certified Advanced Administrator (SCAA) certification.

Building on their Salesforce knowledge, Dusan acquired the Salesforce Certified Service Cloud Consultant certification in 2019. Dusan also became a member of the prestigious American Mensa organization during the same year. In 2019, they achieved the Salesforce Certified Data Architecture and Management Architect certification.

Continuing their dedication to professional development, Dusan obtained the Salesforce Certified Sharing and Visibility Architect certification in 2020. Most recently, in 2022, they became Scrum Product Owner Certified (SPOC), demonstrating their expertise in agile project management.
