Lori Bettencourt has a diverse range of work experience spanning over three decades. Lori began their career at First Hawaiian Bank as a Customer Service Consultant in 1992 and worked their way up to various roles such as Assistant Supervisor, Service Supervisor, and Service Manager in their Call Center. After leaving the bank in 2000, they joined Aloha Pacific Federal Credit Union as a Call Center Manager. In 2004, they joined Hilton Grand Vacations as a Senior Manager in their Call Center and later served as a Support Services Manager, Guest Services Manager, and Sr. Marketing Manager. In 2009, Lori briefly worked at HMSA as a Call Center Supervisor before returning to Hilton Grand Vacations. Lori then moved on to American Savings Bank in 2015 as a VP and Director of the Contact Center. Currently, Lori holds the position of Senior Vice President and Director of the Call Center at Central Pacific Bank, where they have been working since 2018.
