Shannon Dohar

Shannon Dohar is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in philanthropy operations and development services. Currently serving as Senior Director of Philanthropy Operations and Research at Central Park Conservancy, Shannon leads the organization's first Philanthropy Operations team, enhancing fundraising systems through collaboration with various leadership departments. Prior to this role, Shannon held multiple positions at the National Audubon Society, culminating in the role of Vice President for Development Services, where strategic initiatives led to significant increases in revenue and donor engagement. Shannon's career also includes key roles at the New York Public Library and experience in operations management and educational support, complemented by a Master's degree in English from Simmons University and a Bachelor's degree in English from the University of Maine.
