John Dodd

John Dodd has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as the Vice President of Human Resources at Central Peninsula Hospital since 2010. Prior to this role, John held the same position at Sparks Health System from 2008 to 2010 and served as the Corporate Director of Human Resources at Conway Regional Medical Center between 1996 and 2008. A distinguished career in the U.S. Navy from 1983 to 2005 concluded at the rank of Captain. John Dodd earned a Master of Arts in Human Resources Development from Webster University between 2000 and 2002 and a Bachelor of Science in Business from Arkansas Tech University from 1971 to 1975.
