Teresa Kurtz

Teresa Kurtz, SHRM-CP, CPTD, currently serves as the Employee Training and Development Manager at the Central Pennsylvania Food Bank, a position held since November 2020, after transitioning from the role of Employee Training and Development Specialist. Prior to this, Teresa was the Finance/Human Resources Manager at Walters Services Inc. from February 2018 to January 2021, and served as the Human Resources Department Head at Paxton Ministries from December 2013 to February 2018. Earlier experience includes positions at WITF, Inc., where Teresa held roles such as Payroll Specialist, Human Resources Manager, Human Resources Generalist, and Business Office Assistant. Teresa holds educational credentials from HACC, Central Pennsylvania's Community College, obtained between 2015 and 2019.
