Christopher Facente

Christopher Facente MBA serves as the Dean of Skilled Trades and Transportation at Central Piedmont Community College, where notable achievements include modernizing 14 technical programs, establishing over 15 industry partnerships, and initiating an Electric Vehicle pathway. Past roles at the college included Associate Dean of Transportation and Automotive Department Chair. Additionally, Christopher leads the Centralina Clean Fuels Coalition as Chair of the Stakeholder Group, advocating for Green Fleet initiatives. As the Owner of Thundering Wave Martial Arts since 1993, Christopher teaches self-defense and traditional Kung Fu, and serves as an International Referee for the World Kuoshu Federation. Professional experience also includes positions at the University of North Carolina at Charlotte and various automotive companies. Christopher holds an M.B.A. in Organizational Leadership from Montreat College and a Human Resources Management Certificate from Central Piedmont Community College.
