Ginger F.

Ginger F. has extensive experience in education and landscape design, currently serving as an English Instructor at Rowan-Cabarrus Community College since August 2004. In addition to teaching, Ginger F. is the Faculty Co-advisor for the Phi Theta Kappa chapter, Beta Tau Theta, where responsibilities include student recruitment and engagement. Ginger F. also holds the position of Master Faculty Advisor, providing guidance on college majors and transfer processes, as well as overseeing the Writing Center's operations. Since 2014, Ginger F. has owned Fox & Fern Yardscapes, specializing in landscape design and consultation. Previous roles include Adjunct Instructor positions at Central Piedmont Community College, Lenoir-Rhyne University, and Catawba Valley Community College, along with a tenure as a Staff Writer for The Charlotte Observer. Educational qualifications include an MFA in creative nonfiction from Goucher College and a BA in Communication/Journalism from Lenoir-Rhyne University, supplemented by studies in horticulture and ornamental horticulture.
