Katie Jones

Katie Jones serves as the Associate Vice President of Foundation Finance at Central Piedmont Community College since December 2017. Prior to this role, Katie worked as an Audit Manager at Cherry Bekaert LLP from August 2007 to November 2017, with a focus on tax-exempt organizations and private manufacturing, wholesale, and retail companies. Specializing in audit and attest services, Katie has experience working with private colleges and universities, independent schools, community colleges, public and private foundations, as well as arts, cultural, and religious organizations. Katie holds a Master's degree in Accounting from Appalachian State University, completed in 2007, and a BSBA in Accounting from the same institution, earned in 2006.
