Dustin Morrow is an experienced fire service professional, currently serving as Fire Chief for Central Pierce Fire and Rescue since December 2021. Prior to this role, Dustin held the position of Fire Chief at Key Peninsula Fire Department from April 2019 to November 2021. With a strong background in various leadership roles, Dustin operated as a Business Owner at Teton Ridge, LLC from July 2016 to March 2019 and worked as Deputy Chief at Tualatin Valley Fire & Rescue for 18 years, from July 1998 to June 2016. Earlier in the career, Dustin served as Firefighter-Captain with the City of West Linn Fire Department for eight years before its annexation. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Organizational Leadership and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from City University of Seattle, along with an Associate's degree in Fire Science from Portland Community College.
