Christoph Speck has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries.

Starting in 1998, they worked in Lindt & Sprungli, where they held positions such as Packaging Department Manager and Head of Productivity Team. During their time there, they also worked as an intern and freelancer on project-based assignments.

In 2004, Speck joined Coca-Cola Hellenic Bottling Company and served in multiple roles, including Country General Manager, Country Sales Manager, Group Excellence 2020 Director, Country Supply Chain Manager for Bulgaria, Baltic Supply Chain Manager, and Plant Manager. In these roles, they were responsible for executing turnarounds, managing P&L responsibilities, strengthening stakeholder relationships, building and cascading vision and strategies, developing organizational and individual capabilities, optimizing route to market strategies, driving revenue growth management, and improving market execution.

Speck then transitioned to GSD Marketing Ltd in 2019 as the General Manager & Advisor. During this time, they initiated and executed a change through the creation of a business strategy, implemented revenue growth management strategies, and drove market positioning and pricing initiatives.

In 2021, they worked as a Senior Consultant at Zellweger Management Consultants and as a Board Advisor & Project Lead at Central Plains Group Limited.

Currently, Speck holds the role of Transformation & Managing Director at Gautschi Spezialitäten, starting in 2022.

Throughout their career, Speck has showcased their expertise in various areas such as transformation, strategy development, revenue growth management, market execution, stakeholder management, and organizational development.

Christoph Speck's education history is as follows:

Christoph attended Gymnasium Bern-Neufeld from 1990 to 1994, where they studied Wirtschatft.

From 1994 to 1998, they pursued a degree in Food Engineering at ETH Zürich.

Christoph then attended HES-SO Haute école spécialisée de Suisse occidentale from 1998 to 2000, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BSc FH) in Food Engineering (Life Science).

In 2000 and 2001, Speck studied Food Engineering at the University of Montpellier, focusing on their thesis.

From 2002 to 2004, they pursued a Master's degree in Human Nutrition at ETH Zürich.

In 2018 and 2019, Speck enrolled in the Senior Executive Program at the London Business School.

In 2020, they completed a course on mastering Digital Marketing: SEM, SEO, Social Media and Beyond at the London Business School.

Christoph Speck also has additional certifications. In 2020, they obtained a Professional Certificate in Agile Project Management from the University of Maryland, a Verified Certificate for Leading High-Performing Teams from edX, a Professional Certificate in The Science of Happiness at Work from the University of California, Berkeley, and a Professional Certificate in Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt: Quantitative Tools for Quality and Productivity from the Technical University of Munich.

In 2023 and 2024, they are attending both the University of St.Gallen for an Executive MBA and ETH Zürich for another Executive MBA.
