Kathleen Thompson

Kathleen (Kat) Thompson is a seasoned project manager and environmental specialist with extensive experience in environmental compliance and remediation. Currently serving as a project manager at Central Plateau Cleanup Company since January 2021, Thompson leads the Cesium and Strontium Capsules Project to safely transition hazardous materials into interim storage. Prior roles include environmental manager overseeing significant projects at Hanford Nuclear Reservation and previous positions at CH2M HILL Plateau Remediation Company and GRAM, Inc. with a focus on soil and groundwater remediation. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in Organizational Leadership from Columbia Southern University and a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Science from Oklahoma State University.
