Jennifer Sims has over 20 years of experience in the recruitment and IT industries. Jennifer began their career in 1998 as a Project Manager and Team Lead- Hardware / Procurement Site Focal at IBM Global Services. In 2006, they moved to an IT Staffing Company as a Senior IT Recruiter, where they supported financial institutions nationwide. In this role, they performed full lifecycle recruiting duties including calling candidates, creating job postings, scheduling interviews, conducting reference checks, interacting with outside recruiting agencies, and negotiating salaries with new hires. Jennifer also received direct feedback from hiring managers. In 2015, they joined Central Point Partners as a Recruiting Manager/Hands On IT Recruiter.
Jennifer Sims attended Kean University from 1988 to 1992, where they earned a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Biology, General. Jennifer also completed a program at AIRS, though it is unclear what the program entailed.
