Indra Sakti

Indonesian citizen, born in 1970. He earned his Bachelor’s Degree in Economics and Accounting from Charles Sturt University in 1993. He has been active in financial and capital market more than 20 years. He was previously Head of Debt Capital Market & Syndicate at CIMB Securities Indonesia and Head of Debt Capital Market at Maybank Kim Eng Indonesia prior to joining the Company in 2020 as Head of Funding and Treasury. He was appointed as Director of the Company based on the results of the Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders on 20 July 2022.
