Kwok Hing Leong has a diverse work experience spanning over 13 years. Kwok Hing started their career in 2009 as a Multimedia/IT Trainer at ACP Computer Training School Pte. Ltd. Kwok Hing then worked as a Web Application Developer at Goldlink Asia Distribution Pte Ltd from 2010 to 2013. Kwok Hing joined Crestar Education Group as a Web Application Developer from 2013 to 2016.
In 2016, Kwok Hing Leong transitioned to the role of an Executive in IT at the National University of Singapore. Kwok Hing then moved on to The Ascott Limited as a Senior Executive in Digital Innovation from 2017 to 2018.
In 2018, Kwok Hing Leong became a Manager, Technology Enhanced Learning & Innovation at Singapore Management University. Kwok Hing then worked at People's Association as a Senior Manager in Data Management and later as a Senior Manager in Data Analytics from 2020 to 2022. During their tenure at People's Association, they achieved notable accomplishments such as implementing a Natural Language Processing solution and building a recommender model.
From 2022 to the present, Kwok Hing Leong is working as a Lead Analyst at CPF Board.
Kwok Hing LEONG has a diverse education background with a focus on information science, artificial intelligence, and multimedia technology. They obtained a Master of Science (MSc) in Information Science/Studies from Nanyang Technological University Singapore in 2018. In 2022, they completed the Machine Learning with TensorFlow Nanodegree Programme from Udacity, specializing in Artificial Intelligence. Prior to that, in 2020, they also completed the Deep Learning Nanodegree Program from Udacity. In 2015, they earned a Bachelor of Science (BSc) with Merit in Multimedia Technology & Design from Singapore University of Social Sciences (SUSS). They also hold a Specialist Diploma in Computer Networking from Singapore Polytechnic (2011) and a Diploma in Multimedia Technology from Singapore Polytechnic (2007). Additionally, they have obtained several certifications in various fields, including Agile coaching, Agile product ownership, Agile team facilitation, generative AI fundamentals, and data science.
