Leon Lin currently serves as a Senior Analyst at CPF Board, holding previous positions as Senior Manager and Manager in Strategy and Planning, where responsibilities included identifying and addressing pain points, studying emerging technologies, and setting long-term organizational goals. Additional experience includes managing the automation of operational processes through RPA and overseeing the CPF Contribution Alert notification service. Prior to CPF Board, Leon Lin worked as a Sales and Proposal Engineer at Advanced CAE Group, focusing on engineering design and sales proposals in the Oil and Gas industry. Leon Lin holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Industrial Systems Engineering and Management from the National University of Singapore, along with engineering degrees from Karlsruhe Institute of Technology, Hanyang University, and the University of Stuttgart.
