Shannon-Re Ismael

Shannon-Re Ismael is a seasoned educator who has held various roles in the field of education. Currently serving as the Founding Principal at Central Queens Academy Charter School, Shannon-Re previously worked at Ascend Public Charter Schools as a School Principal, Dean of Instruction, and Kindergarten Teacher. Prior to that, Shannon-Re gained experience as a Teacher at Brightside Academy and as a corps member '11 at Teach For America. Shannon-Re holds a Master of Education in Early Childhood Education and Leadership from Bank Street College of Education and a Bachelor of Education in Early Childhood Education and Teaching from Brooklyn College.
