Erika Cowie is an experienced professional with a diverse background in billing and administrative support. Currently serving as a Billing Specialist and previously as an Administrative Assistant at Central Restaurant Products since May 2021, Erika has developed strong skills in customer service and operations. Prior experience includes various roles at Target from July 2013 to July 2021, where Erika excelled as a Closing Lead and worked as a Hardlines and Flexible Fulfillment Team Member. Additionally, Erika gained valuable experience as a Merchandise Cast Member at The Walt Disney Company from June 2016 to March 2017.
