Mike Ferrando has over two decades of experience in customer service and logistics. Currently serving as a Customer Service Team Lead at Central Restaurant Products since September 2000, Mike is responsible for overseeing team performance and enhancing customer satisfaction. Previously, from June 2019 to September 2022, Mike worked at FedEx Ground as a POC Package Handler, where responsibilities included managing package induction, ensuring label accuracy, and maintaining an efficient flow in the sorting process to prevent operational delays.
