Hermann Seet

Hermann Seet is currently the Regional Head of Distributor and Licensee Brands at Central Retail and the Head of Commercial at Central Retail in Vietnam. Previously, Seet served as the Commercial Head for adidas Vietnam, where they focused on direct-to-consumer and franchise strategies, achieving brand leadership and sustainable growth. With a rich background at adidas Singapore, Hermann held various key roles in commercial leadership and marketing, notably delivering market leadership in the football and running categories across Southeast Asia. Seet began their career as Head of Retail Operations at Authentic Sports Pte Ltd, where they achieved significant year-over-year growth. They hold a Bachelor of Business in Business Administration from RMIT University.
