Lucas Kriz

Lucas Kriz has extensive work experience in research and development and formulation chemistry. Lucas worked at Central Solutions, Inc. as the Director of Research and Development, where they participated in strategic planning meetings, set goals for the company and senior management, and led the formulation of new personal care and health care products for the medical industry. Lucas also managed the continuous improvement of all manufactured products. Prior to this role, Lucas worked as a Research and Development Chemist at the same company, where they formulated new personal care and health care products, managed product improvement, and created and improved manufacturing instructions. Before joining Central Solutions, Inc., Lucas worked as a Formulation Chemist at Chemical Universe.

Lucas Kriz has a strong educational background in both business and engineering. Lucas obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Missouri-Columbia in 2013, with a minor in Psychology. After completing their undergraduate studies, they received an Engineer in Training (EIT) Certificate from the Missouri Board for Professional Engineers in October 2013.

Lucas later pursued a Master of Business Administration degree from the Henry W. Bloch School of Management at the University of Missouri-Kansas City. Lucas attended this institution from 2017 to 2019, focusing on business administration without specifying a particular field of study.
