Niharika Suresh

Niharika Suresh is a professional with a strong background in program management and policy implementation in the education and health sectors. Currently serving as a Consultant at Central Square Foundation, Niharika supports the Government of Assam in the implementation of the National Education Policy (NEP), focusing on enhancing school governance and improving learning outcomes. Previously, Niharika worked as a Program Officer at The Antara Foundation, managing interventions aimed at capacity building for frontline workers and enhancing maternal and child health services. Niharika also served as a Program Fellow, overseeing the quality delivery of health services in Betul district. Niharika's early career includes roles as a Content Developer in both the School of Education and the School of Livelihood & Rural Development. Niharika holds a Young India Fellowship from Ashoka University and a Bachelor of Arts from Dayalbagh Educational Institute.
