Shweta Chaubey

Shweta Chaubey is an experienced Project Manager at Central Square Foundation since June 2023, focusing on achieving foundational literacy and numeracy for learners in low-income communities. As a Core Team Member at Sarva SANDHI Foundation since February 2022, Shweta participates in innovating ideas and program development. Previously, Shweta was a Young Professional at the Ministry of Skill Development and Entrepreneurship, contributing to the National Skill Development Mission and policy implementation. As a Women Welfare Officer for the Government of Delhi from February 2021 to July 2022, responsibilities included supporting the district administration in implementing schemes for women and children. Earlier, Shweta served as a Gandhi Fellow at Piramal Foundation, where involvement in the Aspirational District Transformation Programme enhanced public education in Begusarai. Shweta holds a Master of Arts in Social Work and a Bachelor of Arts (Hons) from Banaras Hindu University.
