Tanuj Kapoor

Tanuj works with Talent Management & OD team as an Associate Director & is based out of Delhi. Tanuj has tried his hands in multiple professions – which includes the sciences, service centres, hospitality and sales before discovering his true passion in Human Resources. He holds an MBA in HR from IMT, Ghaziabad. In the past, Tanuj has worked with organizations like Airtel , Bharti Walmart, Star Sports, American Express, and most recently, Amazon. As a certified leadership coach with more than 400 hours of coaching experience, he is passionate about how human experiences and motivations drive organizational success. When he is not working, he enjoys spending time with his wife and his Golden Retriever. His other interests include listening to classic rock music, 5k runs, and cooking.
