Heather Smith

Heather Smith's work experience is as follows:

- From 2023 to present, they are the Director of Business Development at Central State Community Services Oklahoma Inc. Heather is responsible for leading and promoting diversity within the organization and has helped establish CSCSO as a leader in disability advocacy.

- From 2018 to 2023, they worked at YMCA of Greater Tulsa in various roles, including District Executive Director and Executive Director. In these positions, they managed strategic planning, marketing efforts, budgeting, and program development for multiple branches. Heather also implemented a successful Corporate Membership program.

- From 2014 to 2019, they served as the Social Media and Marketing Director at Tulsa Ultimate Federation, focusing on identifying and reaching untapped markets and creating advertisements.

- From 2010 to 2017, they worked as a High School Math Teacher and Internship Director at Union Public Schools. Heather taught Algebra I to students with diverse backgrounds and developed instructional strategies to meet their needs.

- From 2009 to 2010, they were a Special Education Paraprofessional / Substitute Teacher at Union Public Schools, providing differentiated instruction, evaluating academic progress, and assisting in classroom management.

Heather Smith began their education in 2004 at Tulsa Community College, where they earned an AS in Business Administration. Heather then transferred to Northeastern State University in 2007 and graduated in 2009 with a BBA in Marketing.
