Kaleb Stephens

Kaleb Stephens currently serves as the Systems & Regulatory Manager at Central States Water Resources, where responsibilities include managing the EHS System and Regulatory team, overseeing the implementation of field technology, and ensuring regulatory compliance for acquired systems. Previously, Kaleb held the position of System Operations Manager, managing the EHS Technology team for over 300 newly acquired systems, and served as an EH&S Auditor, focusing on permits and environmental compliance testing. Kaleb's experience extends to Woodard & Curran as Assistant Plant Manager and Lead Plant Operator, where Kaleb implemented regulatory programs and performed sample testing. Early career roles included YSR Team Member at Menards and Grounds Crew at Rolling Oaks Golf Course. Kaleb holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Environmental Studies from UW Oshkosh.
