Mike Duncan

Mike Duncan has extensive experience in operations and project management, having worked in various leadership roles in different organizations. Currently serving as the Vice President at Central States Water Resources, Mike leads the Business Operations team and implements business processes for the rapidly growing company. Prior to this, Mike was the Director of Operations at Napa Auto Tire and Parts where Mike implemented a new Warehouse Management System. With a background in religious studies, Mike also served as the Director of Operations at The Journey, overseeing various functions and leading a team to provide support for core functions. Additionally, Mike holds an MBA from Washington University in St. Louis.
