Sylvia Randriambololona

Sylvia Randriambololona has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Sylvia started their career in 1999 as an Assistant Quality Intern at IFTH. Sylvia then worked as an Executive Assistant at Menaky and Menabe Fisheries from 2001 to 2003, where they assisted in the organization of the marine fisheries industry. In 2004, Sylvia had an internship as a Sales Assistant at Incoreweb, where they played a significant role in organizing marketing and sales activities. From 2004 to 2011, Sylvia worked at Central Test, holding various positions including Marketing Manager and later becoming the Head of Subsidiary.

Sylvia RANDRIAMBOLOLONA's education history includes a Master 2 (M2) in MANAGEMENT from Ecole Supérieure de Management en Alternance (ESM-A) from 2004 to 2005. Sylvia also has a Licence professionnelle in QUALITY OF ENGINEERING from Université de Reims Champagne-Ardenne, which they obtained from 1999 to 2001.

In addition to their formal education, Sylvia has obtained several certifications. Sylvia completed a course in PLATFORM STRATEGY from MIT Sloan School of Management in May 2023. In October 2022, they completed a course in Mastering Design Thinking from the same institution. In June 2021, they obtained a certification in User Experience (UX) for Non-Designers from LinkedIn, and in April 2021, they completed a certification in Agile Foundations, also from LinkedIn.
